You can either double tap or press-and-hold a shape to select the effects screen to change the effects. Simply move the representation of that shape to add effects. Effects changes can also be recorded!
Tap on "Mix" to swap to "Time" mode. You can move audio clips by dragging them around. Press and hold an audio clip to delete or copy a clip. You can also move audio clips into other lanes.
In the menu, tap the record button, then the play button. This will start record mode. Move some shapes around, add effects, tap "done" in the menu and then play back your mix. It's that easy!
If using the iPhone, Tap on the ShapeMix icon and then tap the track icon. Select a track and it will be added to your mix. If using the iPad just tap the track icon and select a track to be added to your mix.
In order to optimize audio for IOS we've limited the number of tracks. If you want to add another track, simply delete a track you're not using and then add a track from another song.
Bonus: If you want to keep some of the audio clips from a track that you're deleting, move them to another channel in TIME view before you delete.
Tap the "share" icon to generate an audio file. Tap "save" to make sure it is saved in your collection. Tap "share" and then choose how you would like to share - Facebook, Twitter, email, etc. Follow the instructions on the screen.
